PRICES
Prices are intended per room per night VAT but do not include the City tax of € 3,50/person /night. The price includes cleaning the room. Breakfast and parking are offered for free. The direction is daily present . NB: the weekend the minimum stay is two nights.

PROMOTION
for stays of 2 nights a discount of 5% of the total; for stays of 3 nights or more the discount is 8%, from 4 nights up 10%; at the flat rate for weekly stays

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Time Check-In: 15:30 to 23:30 hours Check-Out: 7:00 to 10:30

BREAKFAST
Breakfast will be served between 8:00 and 9:30

CANCELLATION
In case of cancellation or change of reservation up to 10 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If canceled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival you will be charged 100% of the first night. If canceled or modified later or no-shows will be charged the full amount.

PAYMENT
20% deposit on booking (bank transfer or credit card), the balance upon arrival (cash or credit card). No security deposit is not expected.
